Account Executive (Sales Manager)

As an Account Executive, you will be working with founders, co-founders, C-Suite Executives, and VPs to continue generating net-new revenue and growing AXDRAFT. You will manage a full pipeline and ensure success on every level.

About You

  • An interest in building UIs with modern tools like ES6+, React (Hooks + SSR), Sass, and Webpack.
  • An ability to think through customer requirements to come up with high-impact ways of quickly solving their problems.
  • A high bar for quality of code and quality of user experience.
  • A passion about performance, accessibility, and design.
  • Experience as a generalist working on both the frontend, backend, and anything it takes to solve problems and delight users both internally and externally.
  • Ability to build API services with node.js, deploy and manage them.
  • Deep understanding of how web applications work and communicate with APIs.
  • Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
  • Comfortable with delivering and receiving feedback.

Have experience selling in the legal industry

Have experience in a startup

Key Responsibilities

  • Build out and document scalable sales process together with the CEO.
  • Ramp up revenue in the US market, focusing on California and New York and continue our 20% month over month growth.
  • Scale the sales team by assisting with hiring, pricing experiments, and testing new approaches to our pitch.
  • Launch a successful outbound sales strategy to attract target customers in new industries.
